Mercer Bufter earned his MFA at New York University. His work has appeared in journals such as The Portland Review, Dos Passos Review, apt, Phantom Drift, Measure, Snakeskin, and others. He is an associateeditor of International Poetry Review in Greensboro, NC. He has taught literature, composition, and ESL (at home and abroad) and now works in educational technology.
